I was watching old RAWRs on the network recently and stumbled across Rocky Maivia doing commentary before his IC title match against The Sultan at WM 13. They basically had him playing the same character that Roman has been portraying for the last three years and it was the cringiest, most painful thing I'd ever heard in my life.

It's been said before, but if even The Rock can't make this bullshit work, it isn't ever going to work. Roman needs a top-down rebuild, like the Usos. If he isn't going to be a heel, he at least needs to be an ass-kicking, unapologetic anti-hero.
