He cut a good one on Triple H that started their fued for Mania 17. He cut a few good ones in his early years that fit really well for the rather cartoony time period. I remember he certainly cut alot of promos that got pops during the AE, even in biker form, though I couldn't tell you a single phrase from any of them. Undertaker never really needed to be good on the mic, his presence was enough, the way he stared at wrestlers, the way he moved, the way he acted... I mean, he's like the Michael Myers of wrestling. You need to understand how his character works.
