Overscripting hurts everybody, but Cesaro may be the guy it hurts the most because English isn't his first language. Having to remember the script just goes through another gate in his head 'cause he doesn't think in English by default.

I think he has a Shinsuke Nakamursa affect on crowds. The audience loves him and wants him to be successful, so they'll cheer him on through anything and it makes the promos more enjoyable to watch as a result.
