No, that was just FMW. Onita was a guy who embraced the fight anywhere with anything kind of badass side of pro wrestling. During the late 80s early 90s, while the rest of Japan wanted to do strong style,shoot style, drop each other on their heads and sometimes act like mexicans - Onita said fuck this shit I want realism and theatricality. So you got weird barbedwire board matches with timed explosions, scorpions and cactuses, sharks and shit I forget all the badass stuff FMW did but check it out. They had the first mixed tag match in Japan and their womens division was pretty nice too. Not all of the old Onita run FMW matches are insane with gimmicks and bloodshed but many of them are. Its weird to think he is still alive and kicking today.
