This is about to blow the Cruiserweight "Classic" out of the water
>>2616983
Absolutely hype, can't fucking wait
IDK, Cruiserweight Classic was amazing but this will be dope too.
>>2616983
First BoSJ, huh?
A block will whenever Taichi is not wrestling, B block will half the time, the fact that there will not be a Takahashi vs Desperado match for the title of biggest mad man is a crime.
These babies who've been watching for 2 years at most are getting annoying.
>>2616983
The CWC was great. Whether this is better or not doesn't matter, because this will be awesome as well
>>2617490
Worked
>>2617490
>muh I was watching before it was le cool xD
you are the worst kind of fan, of anything.
>>2617490
>le epike oldfiggot xD
Why don't you work on losing your virginity instead of getting worked by what people are excited about?
>>2617490
Nobody cares how long you've been watching, don't try to drive away people who are just getting in, you mong.
>>2617490
NJPW fan since 2006 here, I'm super-pumped to attend this tourney, and tickets are already sold out.
>>2617490
What are you trying to imply here anyway?
You seriously need to fuck off with your contrarian autistic opinions
>Taichi
>Desperado
>Tiger Mask
>No Trent or Romero
>No Finlay
Yeah no.
>>2617490 is actually pretty on the ball here and everyone is missing the point - it's not how long you've been watching that's the problem, it's how long you've been watching yet want to talk like you know anything that's the problem. Most NJPW watchers on /asp/ are still in the honeymoon period where they've met this hot new thing that looks unbelievable and amazing and perfect and haven't been watching long enough to realise that it's got flaws like everything else and many of those flaws are pretty glaring and you end up just having to sort the good from the bad like any other wrestling product. And because they haven't left this phase yet, they start dumbass console war-esque threads like this, like anyone gives a fuck if the BoSJ is better than the WWE equivalent (spoilers: it's 50% skippable just like every other wrestling tournament, and that's being generous)
Also I feel like it probably gives people who haven't started watching yet this massive overinflated expectation of what NJPW will be and potentially ends up disappointing them
>>2617712
/asp/ is already filled with WWE shills and posts like the one your replying to makes us look worse and gives them prime ammunition to attack us njpw fans
>9*
oh boi
also
>JUUUUU-SHIIIIIN LIIIIIIII-GEEEEEEER
>>2617712
Let the newfags enjoy the hype while it lasts and come to their conclusions on their own time, my dude.
>>2617723
If you don't want to give people "ammunition" (sweet christ, really?) then maybe we shouldn't have threads like "THIS WILL PWN THE CWC XD"
>>2617490
I've been watching for the past 4 years faggot
>>2616983
Who pre-ordered Tekken 7 for King?
>>2617712
It's pretty easy to point out NJPWs flaws to new watchers. Endless filler 6-10 man tag matches which all of the poor workers hide in. If you just stick to regular tag and singles matches, most shows are good.
>>2617490
>>2617735
There's no need to sperg out like an autistic manchild.
I've been watching for the past 11 years, and sure this tourney (especially for anything related to the JR. division) is pretty skippable, but at the end of the day its still enjoyable, and I'm looking forward it myself, although not gonna watch the whole thing.
Let new watchers explore the whole thing, instead of being a party pooper pointing out how new they are.
>>2617898
People on /asp/ have done that and get told they're contrarian and elitist
