Why do New Japan struggle to fill half the arena for their Wrestlemania? Tokyo is one of the most densely populated areas in the world.

WK 11 took place on a weekday. They would have easily packed the Tokyo Dome, if they held it on a weekend rather than the tradtional January 1st dome show
