Why do fans of Indie garbage/NJPW act so superior to based WWE/TNA lads?

If I wanted a focus on the matches than the entertainment, I'll just watch MMA. Literally saw an episode of NJPW and it was boring as fuck. No promos or antics, just wrestling.
