Except the entire build up was that H was "the destroyer" who was trying to be the creator. Essentially an awful combination of Demon/Corporate Kane and Demon King/Finn Balor

So if he's the destroyer at Wrestlemania, he wouldn't have the police escort to protect him or to stop him, and he's never been a biker.
