Vince likes to test his wrestlers to see how dedicated and loyal they actually are. Take for example Roman Reigns. He's pushing him mercilessly even with through all the hatred from the fans but Roman still sticks around because he cares about supporting hia family more than anything.

Vince does what he wants and always has. If he thinks something is a good idea, he pushes it, usually in spite of what fans say they want. This is fine because it's Vince's show and he doesn't owe shit to anyone, but it's still a shitty way to run a business that relies on customer satisfaction.
