Was watching Cornettey clips on youtube about bad promo guys and he says Chris Jerigoat fucking sucked when he started in SMW. I know he was just a rookie, but there's nothing there to suggest Y2J would go on to become one of the best talkers ever.
So how did Jerigoat learn charisma? I thought you couldn't teach it. And if he can do it why can't other people improve out of all recognition?

He didn't learned charisma, he learned how to talk and charisma made it great

Not seeing it, there's 0 natural charisma there, he's just as stilted and robotic as Lance Storm.

Nah. He clearly has ten times the charisma of his tag partner here. Stilted and robotic is just something he learned to get over.

in SMW he was coming straight out of Japan so he was basically a charisma vacum. Being in the WCW midcard hell made him push himself to try to get over.

He stole catchphrases until it got him heat
So basically say stupid shit as a heel until you get screwed and turn face

Note the finger point.

Another question to ask is why Storm never developed charisma or the ability to talk?

He's Canadian. They don't have charisma. Jericho is an American pretending to be Canadian

I agree for the most part. Off the top of my head, I'd say Roddy Piper, Edge & Christian are the exception.

That video package is fucking hilarious. I'd like to see it imitated on Southpaw.
