Because of tape delay, like it says in the screenshot. For example, in that image Del Taco had the belt for 12 actual days, because he won at a TV taping, but WWE only started recognizing it when the tape aired 2 days later.

A salty Paigefag then started including two different measurements of reign length so that his waifu could stay number 1. It caught on from there and spread to the other titles.

To clarify, the tape delay thing has always existed with WWE.com but only when Asuka broke the record did Wikipedia's pages start consistently acknowledging that.
