Besides the fact Kenny has been wanting to wrestle Ishii for a while now, it was really fairly obvious with the frankensteiner, the stunner and at points you could visibly see Kenny telling Ishii the next sequence. It all worked out well because the match was great.

Actually it's a widely known fact over there that Kenny purposely leads his big matches to the point where even Big Match Tana is bitching about it. Naito is also someone who obviously leads matches too.
