Daily reminder that it took only 1 (one) People's Elbow to turn a Hogan crowd into a Rock crowd.
The greatest wrestling move of all times is an elbow drop.
How fucked up is wrestling?

Elbow strikes are one of the surest ways to inflict genuine strike damage in MMA.
WWE true to life yet again.
>>2322299
Just like any power move properly executed would do massive damage to anyone irl. Way more than elbow strikes.
Good luck standing up after any piledriver variant or a DDT.

It's all a big work dummy, or do you really think fat fucks like Bas Rutten could ever win in a real fight.
>>2322304
good luck hitting anyone with a piledriver or a ddt.
>>2322426
Hitting a ddt would be pretty easy
>>2322441
Unless you were fighting someone way lighter than you/weak as fuck or your opponent was an imbecile who puts his weight forward when put on a front facelock, it would be pretty difficulty to drive someone's face or head to the ground like in a DDT.
>>2322299
Yup, that's why the 12 to 6 elbow strike is illegal.
>>2322452
Not really, all you need is a bit of speed/strength to hold them, get them in a front headlock and then use your body weight to drive down fast. People literally get lifted up by their waist and dropped on their heads in fights all the time

You can no clue of how a proper DDT works.
The frontlock applied properly hits on your epiglottis, meaning you don't breathe. If you don't breathe, it's your neck strength against the entire weight of the holder's body dragging it down. You aren't going to be able to stand up.
It's also never too much about the impact on the face, which hurts, but the fact that the landing cracks your epiglottis against your vertebras, suffocating you.
