Honestly, #1. There are guys who were better in ring and guys who are better on the mic, but none of them are as consistent as Jericho. There isn't a single gimmick Jericho hasn't been able to pull off. The man got a list over in 2016.

-Great in-ring worker
-Great mic skills
-Very charismatic.
-Can play both face and heel perfectly.

I know everyone talks about gaytch burying jericho during the undisputed title run but another "great moment" was the PPV before Mania. At the end of the match Austin puts on a boston crab on Jericho and he taps while the ref is knocked out. Then Austin tries to wake up the ref, and Jericho somehow misses hitting him with a belt while Austins back is turned and he gets hit by a stunner and pinned. Then the nWo come out to attack Austin and Jericho pins him and ""wins"". He tapped out and got pinned about 45 seconds apart, what a horribly booked run

He is. Stupidly so. Jericho is sloppy in general with weak looking offense and mediocre selling ability. Rey puts on much better babyface performances in the ring and was clearly the better of the two during Jericho's supposed best run ever.

Many "good" Jericho matches have been bores for me. He's never been great in the ring.

Mysterio is one of the greatest high-flyers of all time.
