I wouldn't say never. Dean is clearly the "guy in the wings" for WWE. He'll probably spend most of his time hanging out at the top of the midcard, but when Cena's gone to do stuff, he can slide into the main event very easily. Look at his feuds with Seth Rollins and AJ. That was quality stuff, and he played the babyface quite ably and got good reactions.
