It's not totally black and white. On the one hand, no, Bryan's probably not healthy enough to wrestle. If he keeps doing it, he could do serious long term damage to himself.

On the other, there's almost certainly guys who are in the same condition or worse off than him that are wrestling right now.

E&C hosted Raw a couple years back. Lawler mentioned on commentary that they were both retired. Afterward multiple fans asked Christian if it was true, and he denied it. He only made a few more TV/pre-show appearances after that (even though he was way better than any of the other guys on those panels who struggle to put a sentence together), his performer's contract ran out sometime last year, and he did the Network show with Edge.

I'm waiting for someone to do a Worked Shoot and claim that the upper management had Bryan retire so he wouldn't go Benoit on anyone.
