>says it's complete bullshit when some old guy comes back and takes the spotlight away from someone who's actually been working and is part of the product, taking an undeserved spot just because of their name
>his first match in UFC involved him taking the spot of someone younger who had been working for that spot and deserved it, just because of his name
Do you think he even realizes how much of a hypocrite he is?

CM Punk didn't demand that spot, Dana did. Brock demanded a title run in his first year to come back.

He didn't really take someone's spot. Being on the undercard on FS1 is actually better than being on PPV. More viewers on FS1.

>doesn't know how the UFC works
he got paid a lot considering he has a lot of fans and they could potentially buy the PPV. also to cover the lack of any sponsorship deals on his gear. The UFC has over 550 guys on contract and will sign anybody just to get a fight on tv because we're niggers and will watch anything.
And to be technical, the minimum pay is between 8k and 10k, so Punk took the spot of 62 poor Brazilian fighters who would only fight once a year anyways.

Yeah hes a hypocrite but not for that reason

>doesn't know how UFC works
he did exactly what he cries about

The day they showed Punk's training footage , we knew it was going to be a trainwreck . Dana had many chance to tone it down , but he also knew , bad publicity is still publicity
