>make video of Top X WWE Whatevers
>immediately after the content, plug your own wrestling promotion in a market that is quickly heating up for pro wrestling
I like their videos, but WWE has to be preparing a lawsuit for these guys right?
>inb4 Cuckculture Kek lel seething
What grounds would WWE have to sue them? Their videos are just talking over still shots.

This guy has it.
Expressing an opinion is not something you can bring a lawsuit against.
Saying "WWE is a fucking shitbox" or whatever is fine, it's an opinion, which is covered by fair use. WWE would have no basis for legal proceedings.
Pretty sure as long as they don't use more than 30 seconds at once of actual footage, it's protected under Fair Use.
Besides which, a video like that is basically a big fat ad for the WWE Network.

WWE already got their revenge. No one participating in their UK tournament can show up at WCPW for a year

basically this.
I would be honored if my podunk indie federation got approached by the 'E to attempt to scout talent.
