Undertaker vs Cena is the Main Event that everybody wants to see.

Triple H vs Rollins, Strowman vs Reigns & Goldberg vs Lesnar could be good mid-show matches.

On topic, if he's right, then WWE's best shot is AJ main eventing;

However they also need a compelling storyline.
Okada and Omega were fighting to become the man that leads NJPW in its internationalization process.
The Cena AJ feud so far has been good; they fought for bragging rights first, now for the title but can they fight for something bigger than the title?
