I actually do Yoga and it helps a ton.

Part of why I'm so fucked up is for my last 2 years my team did crossfit all offseason and mornings before school during the season.

Your body needs a break sometimes, but shit I just laugh at crossfitters now.

I'm better than I used to be, but there is a bunch of damage.
