If he had his 2010 ring skills back in 2005 then things might have gone different, it's a shame Carlito overshadowed him when they tag teamed together, he's still only 33 though so there's plenty of time for him to come back, but I fear his best days are behind him.

But through his championship reign on Smack!Down, he was pretty well used.

Harper might actually be more underutilized than Cesaro currently.
