Scott Taylor definitely had talent, watch his match with Dean Malenko at Backlash 2000.

The early 90's RAW was the better time for the show when it was still new and fresh.
Good matches,good venues, and it was still holding some traditional value.
raw is war was pretty ok too but attitude era and 2000's were when things were the worst,I went to watching smackdown when it debuted and never looked back.
