Casuals stopped watching because WWE are inane at booking. They should be able to get "their guys" over with smarks and casuals alike. They've done it before they're just shit bookers. Now there's no hope of new casuals because the current "flagship" show is 3 hours long and casuals aren't going to sit through that when even wrestling fans consider it trash. Not only that but they're spread so wide on literally every platform they've spread themselves too thin and there's even less hope of getting casuals.

You aren't going to convince casuals to spend 3 fucking hours watching wrestling, you just aren't. Most tv shows can't get casuals watching for half n hour much less a full hour. Now take those odds and multiple them by three and factor in that wrestling has been niche since rock and austin left and you'll see that the numbers don't lie.

Smackdown is literally the show for anti-smarks, though. It's focused more on storylines and characters. A lot of the matches are bad but the fans don't care because they're sports entertainment fans, not wrestling fans.

Raw is purely in-ring focused with terrible, boring non-storylines that make Cornette-era Ring of Honor look like WWE in 2000.

PS: Roman Reigns is boring as shit. You can cry about Youtube views all you want, but Roman's clearly driven people away from the product if the Raw after his title win drew the lowest Raw after Mania viewership in 19 years.
