The only way I see this desperate unraveling face gimmick evolving is if he finally has enough and just snaps, turns heel, and starts wrecking everything in any way he can.

I'm of the opinion that he's going to lose and disappear for a while, though. Maybe a year. He might come back with a completely new gimmick, or at least a different dynamic.
