She's not even close. Those early 90s joshi wrestlers were insanely talented. Kyoko Inoue, Megumi, Bull Nakano, Yamada, Takako Inoue,Cutie Suzuki, Mayumi Ozaki, Shinobu Kandori ect. all literally shit on Gail Kim in wrestling ability and match quality.

Jaguar Yokota is the literal GOAT women's wrestler. Only other contenders are Toyota, Hokuto and Aja Kong.
