Reigns was "booked as a face" specifically to draw heel heat. Goldust coming out at the Rumble immediately after Bryan got eliminated really should be enough to clue you in on this. The fact that Roman Reigns flipped off the camera midpromo a handful of times last year really should have driven the point home. Hell, look at New Day's entire booking history while I try to figure out whether or not their heels again.
