Gained 3 inches of height, now I'm 5'6. Only took 2 weeks of dedication and now I feel like a man. Thank you DDP.

Yoga is good for stretching and helps if you have back problems, really limbers you out and makes you feel refreshed, pops the areas of your body you never knew could pop.
Might help you lose weight.

I used to be nearly 400 lbs, depressed. Ate like shit but my main problem was booze. I started DDP Yoga about 3 years ago. Started slow but kept up with it while improving my diet and going straight edge. Lost nearly 300 lbs. DDP Yoga wasn't all of that, but it did get me on the right healthy lifestyle I needed.
