Nobody is a draw modern WWE. Some wrestlers might bump the ratings up a little, some might drop them down a bit. Either way, they're going down. Less and less people are interested in watching Raw. Apart from freak occurences like last night where they were forced to do a title change on Raw, nothing actually ever happens. It's all filler.
