So for those of you who practice some form of Chinese Internal martial arts how has it affected your quality of life? Do you think qi is real? Have you felt it?

I dont do a chinese art, but I have learned some internals. I dont train nearly enough, the experts say a hour a day to get anywhere in a reasonable time,
No qi, just good body mechanics and learning to use them in a counter intuitive way. Using it in drills at speed is still above my level, sparring would be even harder. At a low level of training you have to think about alot of stuff to do anything, it takes alot of concentration you dont have that kind of time in a sparring match or even a drill. You have to condition to the point you use your body like that without thinking about it, I dont know many people anywhere near that level, even by reputation.
