Yes, this is not a fall away slam. For it to be a fall away slam, charlie is supposed to hook sasha's right leg, while sasha right arm should be on charlie's shoulders for support. Also, charlie has yet to attempt a fall away slam (paige's move) on the mat, much less on the second rope.
