That knife training looks nice enough but when you compare it to vids of guys going 100% with the knife and some armor on, it's a different story. I also don't like the idea of being in between 2 guys. I like the Gracie idea of circling around to line the 2 guys in front of each other. Also want to point out that those guys didn't go 100% in the 2 v 1 video.

The knife stuff only looks impresive, there is amoment where you can see the student purposfully stabbing away from his teacher.

For training purposes even a telegraphed thrust to the chest would be better, because at least that gives you something you have to deal with if you dont want to get hurt.

That's what I'm saying. Armor with a dummy knife at 100% is much better for showing what a real knife situation would be like.
