Sienna is probably putting away more money than Banks and has a much easier schedule.

Sienna works four dates a month for TNA in Florida and takes a couple of indie bookings alongside that (SHINE usually works Florida as well, so that's an easy one for her). She continues to sell her own merch under her Allysin Kay ringname. With her safe style of working, she'd still be able to wrestle in her 40s, assuming she doesn't move on to another line of work.

Banks kills herself five nights a week for Vince and pays the full cost of her travel and accommodation on the road. She gets a small percentage of merchandise and if she ever left WWE she'd have to build a brand up for herself from scratch. With her injury track record and mediocre looks, Banks has a tiny chance of getting pushed as a film star before she really hurts herself and has to retire. If she's lucky, the injuries won't ruin the rest of her life.

There's a few guys at the top of WWE who are making more than their peers in TNA. (The Miz is probably the lowest profile wrestler in that category.) Other than that, the roster is full of marks being exploited by the McMahons.
