It shows how fucked up Foley is after years and years of wrestling. The time of the broadcast is before he started doing DDP Yoga, so he's morbidly obese, miserable, and his memory issues are cringeworthy. There are points where you can see him just trying to find the right word and getting frustrated. Also the fact that due to his brain being so fucked he can't bend down to put on his right sock anymore and has to have someone do it for him.
