Raw has all the tools to form a great Main Event scene, they're just not using them because they're fucking nincompoops. Let them build the stars they already have, and pad out Smackdown's roster. It needs it.

Have Joe say he is a better Somoan than Reigns. Have Joe hanging out with Rashiki and the Rock. Make it really cheesy and have him "take Reigns family away".
They haven't really done a cheesy classic storyline in a while and this is one staring them in the face.
The only problem is they'd have to sacrifice Russev to make this happen but I feel like they are going to do that anyway.
