He's still in canon the best wrestler ever, but he's not the strongest. Lost clean several times.

He was more like a more patriotic Cena. He's at his best when there's odds to overcome. When it was just him going against others in an honorable fight he lost a few times.

But when there were odds to overcome, liberties to protect and friends to help there was no force stronger than Hogan.
