People tend to forget that WWF's talent was all purely from other territories and promotions. So when the territories die and other promotions go out of business, there are very few places to draw talent from. That's why you see a lot of indie guys on the roster.

That's right. All they get is indys and factory made and maybe poaching from Japan or Mexico.

This is actually really bad. Might be on bottom of RAW openings, and that's pretty impressive in its own fucked up way.
