Tom wasn't originally an interviewer, he presented stuff on WWE's YouTube channel and since he did a good job he kept getting bumped up to doing things like commentary for Main Event/Superstars and NXT and now also does interviews. Seriously, they need to get an apple box and have the manlets stand on it, I imagine straddling like that has to give one a cramp after a little while.
