There's a bunch, but there's like a million better workers in Japan honestly. Asuka's great, but she's not on Satomura or Shirai's level, and no-one is coming close to the 80s/90s joshi boom top talent like Toyota etc
Obviously women's wrestling being far bigger in Japan (or at least, formerly being bigger) lead to more opportunities for the women there and thus they got better, it's not really on the US talent. Just how things are

Bliss is doing incredible work in NXT. I hope they keep her character when they bump her up to the main stage because she's the best female heel I've seen since Lita's heel turn.
