The suspension is not an angle.
You are not as smart as you think you are.
They only acknowledged it on TV because they had to, and had Ambrose quickly blow it off and telling the fans to leave Roman alone and get over it. It was the most lazy, transparent damage control I have ever seen.

There is a reason they had the whiny bitchy heel Seth cut the promo condemning Reigns like everyone has been doing online for the past week.
They are sending the message that only a snivelling whiny bitch would shit on Reigns for the wellness violation. Hence why they send out le cool guy babyface Dean Ambrose (who is also the smart fans "guy") to tell everyone "Hey Roman made a mistake, leave him alone, we all make mistakes, get over it. He's still in the match so deal with it."
WWE was panting a very clear narrative here. Don't be shocked if they never mention the suspension again. They mentioned it once, paid it lip service in the most hollow manipulative transparent fashion ever and tried so hard to down-play it and make Roman's detractors look like whiny bitches (via Seth).
