It's like Money in the Bank.
The wrestlers wrestle for 7 medallions. Once all 7 medallions are in wrestlers hands then theres a match between those wrestlers to decide who is going to get all 7 medallions.
Before the match theres a ceremony where they put those medallions in that belt. Whomever wins the match get the belt with all the medallions and can cash in whenever he wants BUT he has to talk with the promoter first because the promoter wants to promote said match.

Dario could then either make it a three way or make it so the winner goes against the GotG Champion right after.

I say that in theory because nobody tried to do that so who knows.
