I kind of doubt the Cena return.

I had RC surgery a month later than Cena, and I still can't even lift my arm even to shoulder height at this point and all the muscles are still very atrophied... the difference to my other arm is absolutely horrific.

Sure, Cena's a month ahead of me and of course in far better shape physically to begin with, but he also had an extensive labrum injury on top of the RC tear. No matter who you are and how much rehab you do, the tendon-to-bone contact area just doesn't heal that fast. It's just a biological fact.

So either 1) John Cena has very likely shot his surgical repair to shit with the super-aggressive rehab and just doesn't know it, 2) the injury wasn't what we were told it was or was far less serious, or, 3) John Cena isn't returning just yet.

Too bad hgh and roids don't really affect the healing rate of the osteotendinous junction... Yeah, they make your muscles grow faster, but they don't turn you into Wolverine. There's only so much that can be done for rotator cuff tears post-operatively, and doing too much only makes thing worse.

Undertaker had to change his wrestling schedule to once-a-year(ish) mainly because of a rotator cuff tear, and he was as much of a company asset to WWE as Cena is.
