My new ball python hasn't eaten in over a month. Two good

It's normal for them to not eat for months. They are just finicky eaters who stop eating for seemingly no reason.

Just leave him alone, he is probably stressed.

Your hide is too big and there is only one of it. You want two or three hides about half that size. Normally i'd also suggest not housing BPs on aspen shavings but it looks like your local humidity is pretty high on its own, so you're fine in that regard.

Wait two weeks before trying to feed again. If BP doesn't take, wait another two weeks. Your snek will be fine.

And stop messing with it if you're messing with it.

What the above 2 anons said is completely true but if all of that fails an additional step you could try is covering all but the front of the tank up with paint/paper/cardboard/styrofoam

Try a brown mouse first and if you snake doesn't eat it try opening up it's brains and if it still doesn't eat it try dunking it in super hot water and if It still won't eat the damn thing try wiggling it around the cage with the tongs so it looks alive. If it still won't eat try leaving the mouse in there and puting a blanket over the snake's cage for half an hour and if it still won't eat then give the snake a live mouse.
Which is a lot easier.
