It s more dangerous to evacuate them, especially in an IRMA situation, since the Hurricanes can change course and the stress is dangerous To them too.
All the strongest animals live in poured concrete enclosures anyhow.

The animals too big and/or dangerous to move enclosures to stay in made of poured concrete and steel, they rode out Andrew without losing anything, they'll be fine. They'd lose a good number of them from the stress of moving them anyway.
Where are they supposed to take them? Just rent 100 U-Hauls and drive them to Tennessee?
