the only power of the gorilla is the fangs so if the fighter could avoid that then maybe put it in a choke the fighter would win. also if the fighter strikes hards enough the gorilla could be knocked out

Not only would he lose, whomever this fighter may be would get their arms ripped completely off and then their skull utterly bashed in after about 3 swings by the Gorilla.
