I'm in Japan so I can't read the can very well but I just unleashed like half a can of cockroach kill spray on a huge mother fucker until he stopped moving entirely and then i noticed the room was almost misty i sprayed so much, became hard to breath, my nose and tongue has a funny feeling and nose still running.
air has cleared up but what are the general side effects of roach spray?

Check google for the side effects and health hazards of inhaling Raid bug spray fumes. If it's anything like that, chances are it'll have similar effects.

From the symptoms you describe, it's a pyrethroid based insecticide. You basically gassed yourself with neurotoxin. You'll probably develop Parkinson's disease later in life.
