If I buy this packet of 10,000 dandelion seeds and go to a public lawn where they don't use pesticides, and drop the seeds in a large "humorous geometrical pattern", will the dandelion flowers come up, in the shape of my pattern, this summer/autumn or only the next spring? Or would they not come up at all without special tending...?

Dandelions are pretty fast so they should grow this summer. But they also spread pretty fast so your windmill may look like a little blurry.
