It's a plum, one of many older native species of plums that were popular before the advent of the purple plum that is now most common
A leaf would help, but the fruit shape, colour and the pit shape and size look like plum to me

Thanks, gonna get a leaf and post a picture of it soon

Btw I'm in poland and I have those growing wild in the forrest not far from my property so the region also checks out, I have not visited them in a while but I suppose they'd be in season about now so that's also a check

Yeah, 99% sure you found mirabelles
And an apple apparently

They grow just about everywhere in central Europe and most people don't know they're delicious. Yours aren't ripe, though.

Looks like a mirabelle to me. The are in season until September and their fruits aren't very good to store, so visit that tree every other day and pluck yourself some tasty snacks.

Mirabelle, plum family.
You can make really tasty jam and marmelade out of them, or put a few into a bottle of liquor of your choice. also very good as is, extremly high in vitamin c.
My grandma had a tree like that, loved it.
