My cat always bites and kneads my clothes. What would be the meaning of this?

It is more than likely a chemical scent that the cat is picking up on the clothes such as a perfume causing a semi involuntary reaction.

milking, it thinks this is how comfy time works. Cat is half-orphaned, properly weened cats are usually taught to stop through understandable cat to cat smacks by their mom at 2 months or so. Basically deal with it now

This. It's very common to see nursing/suckling behaviors in cats that were separated from their mothers too young as kittens. It's a self-comforting thing they do when relaxed and happy.
