The Private Life of Plants. It's a BBC documentary with David Attenborough. It's a little dated (1995) but it's very good. They use a lot of time lapse photography and show you plants moving, growing, and competing with each other in motion.
The Walking With series gives you a comprehensive understanding of the history of Life on Earth. Dinosaurs in particular is one of the greatest documentaries ever made
