Hoatzins are pretty much the closest thing alive to flying non-avian dinosaurs, like archaeopteryx and microraptor.

They even have small clawed fingers which have limited motion and are used to climb trees (mainly when a baby, as a substitute for flight when jumping off its nest in self defense)

Cassowaries are pretty much full dinosaurs, minus fingers and a long tail; teeth would be nice, but not really necessary.

Like hoatzins, they too had clawed fingers (albeit more vestigial).. But also have a bony dinosaurian head crest, exotic skin coloring, primitive fathering similar to what is expected with true dinosaurs, and have raptor like feet

You're wrong. Birds in general are dinosaurs closest living relatives but the claw has nothing to do with them as a single species being any closer to than archaeopteryx or other dinosaurs anymore than other modern birds.
Hoatzins are neoaves and there are other birds with 'spikes' on their wings like the Spur-winged goose, game fowl, ostriches, cassowary, screamers etc.

Most birds also still do still possess the bones from when they had fingers(like whales with the finger bones in their flippers).
